Artisanal Cocoa

Grown in the mixed-crop estates of Wayanad, our cocoa beans are harvested from high-yield Criollo and Forastero trees. The beans undergo a meticulous 6-day fermentation process in cedar boxes, followed by slow sun-drying to develop complex notes of berry and earth.
